Admission Procedures

1. Eligibility

Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:

• Hold a bachelor's degree from a university or independent college recognized by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan; or
• Hold a bachelor's degree from an overseas university or independent college recognized by the MOE; or
• Be a graduating senior in a bachelor's program; or
• Possess equivalent academic qualifications for admission to a master's program as stipulated by the MOE.

In addition, this program accepts applicants who qualify under Article 7 of the MOE Regulations Regarding Equivalent Academic Qualifications for University Admission, namely those who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievements in a specialized field.

Applicants must also:

• Have at least one year of full-time work experience (work experience is not required to have been obtained from the same organization; compulsory military service may be counted toward the required work experience).
• For applicants who are currently employed, work experience will be calculated through the last day of the registration month of the academic year of admission.
• Be Indigenous. Applicants are required to upload a copy of their Household Registration Transcript or Household Certificate through the online application system for verification of Indigenous status.

2. Admission Evaluation

There is no written examination.

Admission is based on:

• Application Review: 50%
• Interview: 50%

5. Application Process

Step 1. Online Application and Payment

Application Period for Academic Year 2026–2027

From: 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2025

To: 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2025

• Click Apply Now to obtain your payment account number and application code.
• Please refer to the Admission Brochure for detailed payment instructions.

Step 2. Upload Photo and Complete Application Information

After your payment has been confirmed:

• Upload a recent photo. (Please note that the online system requires applicants to upload a photo before completing the application form.)
• Complete the online application form, including your personal information, educational background, and employment history.

Step 3. Await the Results of the First-Stage Application Review

Applicants who pass the application review will be notified regarding the interview schedule.
