Registration Guide

Registration Information

Please read the following registration instructions carefully and complete all registration procedures within the designated period.

1. Registration Period

April 14 (Tuesday) – April 16 (Thursday), 2026

9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

 

2. Registration Venue

3. Required Registration Documents

(1) Original Academic Certificate

Please submit the original diploma or academic qualification certificate corresponding to the qualification used for admission.

Applicants who are unable to provide the academic credential submitted during the application process and wish to register using an equivalent qualification or an overseas academic credential must submit the Application for Re-evaluation of Admission Eligibility Prior to Enrollment, together with the required supporting documents, before the registration date. Registration under the revised qualification is subject to approval by both the Department and the Office of Academic Affairs.

The original diploma will be returned after verification by the Office of Academic Affairs.

(2) Photocopy of National Identification Card

Please attach photocopies of both the front and back sides of your National Identification Card to Attachment 2: Identification Card Copy Template for New Students.

(3) Personal Information Confirmation Form

Before registration, please visit the Online Registration System of the Office of Academic Affairs (Click Here).

Select "Pre-Registration Information Confirmation" from the left-hand menu and log in to verify your personal information.

After confirming that all information is correct, please print the confirmation form and submit it during registration.

Applicants who fail to complete this step will not be able to complete the registration process.

4. Registration by Mail

This program accepts registration by mail.

However, since the registration materials include the original diploma, applicants should carefully consider the potential risk of document loss during mailing.

Please ensure that all required documents are complete and accurate to avoid affecting your enrollment rights.

5. Declining Admission

Applicants who wish to decline the admission offer should notify the Program Office by replying to the email sent by the Department within the specified response period.

Please also complete Attachment 3: Declaration of Withdrawal of Admission, and mail the original signed document to the Program Office before the registration deadline.

6. Fall Semester Registration

Registration for new graduate students in the Fall Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 is tentatively scheduled for early September 2026.

Detailed registration instructions will be posted on the Online Registration System and the Office of Academic Affairs website no later than August 2026.

Applicants will also be notified via email or the program's LINE group.

7. Teacher Education Program

Newly admitted graduate students for Academic Year 2026–2027 are eligible to apply for the Teacher Education Program at National Sun Yat-sen University.
