【Important Announcement】Tuition Credit Fee Payment Information for the First Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year
1. Applicable Students
Course credit fees are applicable to the following students:
- Undergraduate students who have extended their studies (those enrolled for nine or more semesters).
- Students enrolled in the Teacher Education Program.
- Master's and doctoral students.
- Students enrolled in In-Service Master's Programs.
- Self-funded exchange students taking courses at NSYSU.
2. Payment Notice
Since the 2010 Academic Year, course credit fee payment notices have been sent via email only. Paper payment slips are no longer mailed.
Students are required to download and print their payment slips from the Cashier Division website:

3. Payment Period
According to University regulations, the payment period for course credit fees for the Fall Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year (Semester 114-1) is:
October 7 (Tuesday) – October 17 (Friday), 2025
Students who are unable to complete payment within the designated period must submit a formal request for an extension before the payment deadline for approval.
4. Important Notice
In accordance with Article 10, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2 of the National Sun Yat-sen University Academic Regulations, students are required to pay all applicable fees within the prescribed period.
Students who fail to pay their course credit fees within one week after the payment deadline will have all courses registered for that semester canceled, and will be required to take a leave of absence from the University.
